Nutrition COURSES
In partnership with MNTSTUDIO, Molly will be hosting a 5-week group nutrition series every Thursday evening for the month of August at 7:30pm (8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24 and 8/30).
Nutrition courses will be hosted at 766 Brannan Street at MNTSTUDIO in San Francisco. Each week we will cover an important topic to help you determine how to eat the right foods for your body, lose weight, feel more energized and more in control of your choices to form lasting healthy habits.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Ø Five weekly in-person 50-minute sessions in a group setting that will be a mix of topic focused coaching and Q&A. $25 for MNT members and $30 for non-members.
Ø Focused topic guide with what we will cover each week. You can use this as your own personal report on everything you want to know on that week’s topic.
Ø Worksheets for key takeaways from each session depending on the topic, including recipe guides, nourishing food list and smoothie guide.
