MY ONLINE
PROGRAM:
Free yourself
from obsessive
food thoughts
and dieting

to end the binge/restrict cycle, Heal your relationship with food, eat intuitively and live a more
purposeful life.

Every day you make hundreds of decisions when it comes to food

You worry how these decisions will affect your body
That you will gain weight, or feel bloated too quickly
That you’ll lose control, so you count calories or diet to gain control

“MyFitnessPal gives me a set number of calories to hit each day and when I hit them or stay under I feel good and in control but when I go over, it leads to an all or nothing mentality. If I deleted the app, I am afraid I would binge because in the back of my mind I know I’ll most likely re-download it again, then I’d restrict as a result.” – Alyssa P.

YOU IGNORE HUNGER CUES

Making sure to fast for at least 16 hours
Secretly wishing you won’t need snack and ignore hunger to make it to your next meal
Finding it difficult to eat when you are hungry and it’s not a “meal time"

YOU BINGE ON FOODS

Feeling in tune with yourself during the day, but out of control at night
Avoiding certain foods because you don’t trust yourself around them
Eating when you aren’t hungry for comfort when you are stressed

“When I finish dinner I still feel this urge to keep eating and often I immediately start snacking because the sensation of stopping eating is uncomfortable. I binge eat when it comes to snacks, so I usually try to not have cereal or chips readily available at home.” – Anna C.

YOU EXPERIENCE GUILT

After a binge episode
After eating something processed or food thought of as unhealthy
When you intend on having only one bite, but instead finish it all

Screen Shot 2020-10-09 at 9.10.18 PM.png

For years I binged at night for emotional comfort – family size frozen meals, pints of ice cream and drive-thru fast food burritos.  I would wake up sick, bloated and guilty, vowing I would never let myself lose control again and restricting the next day, only to end up back in the cycle of feeling like failure.

I attempted to self-heal without support.

Then for years after, I obsessed over every last detail of what I ate every day. I would spend hours looking at menus before I went out to restaurants so that I could make the “healthiest” choice when ordering. I avoided social situations where food was served that I was uncomfortable eating. Or I would show up with a dish prepared specifically for myself. I felt guilty if I ate any processed carbs or sugars. I only bought brown rice, wheat bread, coconut sugar and never allowed myself to have white rice, white bread or white sugar; and if I did I felt guilty.  I felt proud of my choices to only eat “whole food” with “clean ingredients” and the ability to be “perfect” with food.

I struggled to apply intuitive eating.

Should I just eat whenever, even if it's out of boredom? Is it okay to feel hungry while eating intuitively? How do I tap into that intuition if I've ignored it? How can I talk myself out of feeling guilty about my food choices?

I thought I would never break free from obsessive food thoughts. But here is the thing. The truth of the matter was that
I did have a choice.

AND YOU ALSO
HAVE A CHOICE.

EVEN though the MOTIVATION TO HEAL
YOUR RELATIONSHIP With FOOD may be OBVIOUS

the path to doing it successfully is anything but

MAKE PEACE
WITH FOOD?

Yes please, but where the
heck do I even start?

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I'm Molly!

A certified Health Coach and Nutritionist who is passionate about helping women heal their relationship with food so that you can focus on other more important things in your life!

I believe that eating should be easy - not stressful or all consuming with anxiety and fear of certain foods.

I have worked with clients for over 5 years to heal orthorexia, stop the binge/restrict cycle, quit dieting, heal their relationship with food and get back in touch with what their body truly desires and needs.

I can't wait to bring the work and success of my one-on-one clients into your hands through this online course so that you too can heal!

"Bingeing is a thing of the past for me, yay! I don't feel the urge any more. I went to the grocery store the other day and realized I no longer had any internal dialogue with myself about buying food to binge on later and it was AMAZING."

- Ally K.

“Thank you for giving me the tools to see food through a new lens and finally giving myself permission to eat. I was so scared of so many things, but especially of giving myself unconditional permission to eat. Turns out, it’s not scary at all! I’m so happy to feel nourished and free when deciding my meals and I’m more comfortable in my body than I ever have been.”
- Emma S.

PERHAPS IN YOUR MOST COURAGEOUS MOMENTS YOU HAVE MADE THE COMMITMENT TO START EATING INTUITIVELY.

You’ve deleted your calorie counting app for a period of time, you ordered what you truly wanted for delivery, you said no to dessert because you truly didn’t want it, or you ate the cupcake because it sounded good.

You may have gone months without any binges, have started to keep trigger foods at your home and maybe even threw out your scale.

But even with the best intentions to become an intuitive eater, most food freedom seekers may be triggered by stress, a big life event or comparison to others, allowing the diet mentality and old beliefs to creep back in along with the anxiety and guilt.

Here is why the diet
mentality creeps back in:

Without a super clear, step-by-step plan, it’s easy to go back to what is comfortable eating behavior when life gets stressful.

There may be lack of clarity over what intuitive eating actually is, and if you are even doing it right.

You may think that by listening to your body, that this will translate to endless burritos, eating the whole pan of brownies and snacking 24/7 on everything in sight.

You feel guilty about making the decision to eat pizza and dessert and you feel anxious without your calorie counting app or the scale to tell you whether or not this was the right choice.

This Won't
Happen HERE.

No guilt. No confusion. No anxiety.

Just a clear and easy step by step process to tune out obsessive food thoughts and discover peace with food.

"I can't say enough good things about this course. Not only is Molly someone I look up to, but the advice that she gives is practical and it makes sense. The implementation of the things you learn is up to you, but she provides an amazing framework to help you feel food freedom. I had a lot of breakthroughs in this course, and I really appreciated the group calls. Everyone was vulnerable and willing to share, and with Molly guiding the conversation, we had great conversations. I have less anxiety and guilt around food, and haven’t binged. Sign up and trust Molly's advice- you won't regret it!" - Angela C.

Eating intuitively without feeling out of control with food.

Being present at all meals without anxiety about food choices.

"This sounds dramatic, but Molly changed my life. She helped me view food in an entirely new way - removing the "good" and "bad" labels I had placed on certain foods for the majority of my adult life. Instead, she taught me to tune-in to my cravings and how to listen to what my body wanted."
