4 Week Group Coaching Program

BEGINS THE WEEK OF OCT. 15th

WHAT IT IS
My signature group coaching program. Participants meet together with me every week on a Zoom video call.  Each coaching session is 60 minutes long. Every week, we write down and follow up on actionable goals as well as focused topic discussions. Optional homework assignments included.

This coaching program:
· Offers practical information on how to make changes happen for your health.
· Creates a community of like-minded people on the same path towards common goals.
· Provides built-in support of sharing each other’s stories, struggles and successes.

Week 2: Control cravings, blood sugar management and why these matter

Week 3: Eat for digestive health and weight loss

Week 4: Food + stress, hormones and exercise + movement

Cost: $75 per person, per week ($300 total investment)
4-week program beginning the week of October 15th*
$100 deposit to reserve your spot**
Four participants minimum, six maximum

* We will meet on the same day of the week each week to be chosen together by the group. I understand that schedules for everyone varies. You will be sent a scheduler to pick a day of the week and time.

**Reserving your spot in the group will require a $100 deposit. (Please select friends + family for PayPal, credit cards are not accepted for the deposit but will be accepted for payment in full due on or before October 10th). The email associated with your PayPal account will be used for all communication unless otherwise noted. 

I will give priority scheduling to the first 4 people who reserve their spot.  After this, if your schedule doesn’t match with others for any reason, deposit refunds will be available.

WHAT IT IS

My body love group coaching program. Most women who struggle with a cycle of binge/ restricting already know how to eat healthy and create nourishing meals. Instead what you may struggle with are your hunger vs. full cues, body dysmorphia vs. self-love and anxiety/stress vs. balance.

This special program offers a safe space to share stories and learn new habits to develop a healthier relationship with food and your body.

A month-long group coaching program.  Participants meet together with me every week on a Zoom video call.  Each coaching session is 60 minutes long. Every week, we write down and follow up on actionable goals as well as focused topic discussions.
