A Balanced You
4 Week Group Coaching Program

for healthy habits, weight loss and nutrition guidance

 

WHAT IT IS

A month-long group coaching program.  Participants meet together with me every week.  Each coaching session is 80 minutes long. Every week, we write down and follow up on actionable goals as well as focused topic discussions. Optional homework assignments included.

 

The coaching program:

·      Offers practical information on how to make changes happen.

·      Creates a community of like-minded people on the same path towards common goals.

·      Provides built-in accountability in the format of a group.

 

Week 1: Set meaningful goals and what to eat for optimal health

Week 2: Control cravings and blood sugar management

Week 3: Eat for digestive health and weight loss

Week 4: Food + Stress and Exercise + Movement

Week 5: Medical Empowerment and Functional Testing

 

WHAT YOU GET

-       4 weekly group coaching calls

-       Unlimited access to a private Facebook community

-       Weekly workbooks and optional homework assignments

-       The support and accountability from the group as well as me!

 

WORKBOOK

Week 1: Goal worksheet (40 minutes) and Nourishing Foods List (20 minutes) 4 goals per person. They choose one goal per week? How to achieve and set into action? Accountability of group and then weekly check in + topic for the week.
Homework – put together a 2-day meal plan (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) using the nourishing foods list

Cost: $50 per person, per week ($200 total investment).
Early enrollment of $175 before __/__/__
