ABOUT THE CLEANSE
Time for Spring Cleaning! Specifically designed by Molly Alliman, holistic nutritionist and health coach, the 10-Day cleanse will detoxify the body and reset your system by removing foods that clog the liver, cause food intolerances and digestive upset.
Over the course of 10 days you will:
1) Drink two liver cleansing shakes per day (one for breakfast and one for an afternoon snack) to help clear your liver pathways
2) Drink two elimination drinks per day to cleanse the bowels, remove toxins and promote regularity (hello amazing poops!)
3) Eat lunch and dinner from an approved list of nourishing foods (yes you eat on the cleanse, no restriction here!)
4) Take daily herbs + supplements to heal the gut, reduce inflammation and cleanse the system of toxins and heavy metals.

By combining this cleanse with the Spring Shred Challenge, you will notice clearer and smoother skin, less gas and bloat, more balanced emotions, a sharpened mental clarity, better sleep patterns, more energy, less sugar cravings and better regularity.
